One of my favourite moments is when the dynamic shifts after a few minutes of conversation and they realize that I am an approachable person who is not trying to sell them something and a weight lifts from their shoulders. I prefer to collaborate directly with my clients. My goal is to get to know them as well as I can so that I can provide them with the best possible advice, tools and guidance that is specifically tailored to them and their journey.
